Making WPtouch work with WP Super Cache

[update 3/26/09: I switched from wp super cache to hyper cache. Works out of the box with wptouch. Still trying to figure out how to get wptouch to not load the slimbox plugin though.] Just wanted to mark this for future reference. The creators of WPtouch posted on their blog how to make it work with WP Super Cache.
